Effects

Five small effects, no React.

Narrative bundles five plain JavaScript effects for marketing pages, each one a drop-in for a pattern sites usually reach for a framework to get.

The five

What ships with the engine

A site opts in by listing effects in its settings. Narrative copies the modules into the build and exposes the list to templates.

The five bundled effects, what each does, and whether it honors the reduced-motion setting
Effect	What it does	Reduced motion
particles	An ambient canvas of drifting points with a mouse-tracking glow.	Yes, one still frame
reveal	Fades and slides a section in as it scrolls into view.	True
stagger	Cascades a group of items in one after another, with a configurable delay.	True
magnetic	Buttons that lean toward the cursor with spring physics.	Yes, stays put
countup	Counts a number up to its target when it scrolls into view.	True

This site runs none of them. All five respect the reader's reduced-motion setting. Particles paint one still frame, and magnetic buttons stay put.
